Where They Play Games
Tsha’ Hoñnoñyeñdakwha—“Where They Play Games”—was built in 2001 for the people of the Onondaga Nation. The 2,000-seat arena is home to Onondaga Nation lacrosse, including the Onondaga Athletic Club (OAC) RedHawks.
During the fall and winter, the arena floor becomes an NHL-size ice rink serving school, youth and adult hockey, private rentals, public skating programs and community events. During floor season, Tsha’ Hoñnoñyeñdakwha hosts lacrosse, tournaments, gatherings and a wide variety of special events.
We gratefully acknowledge the Onondaga Nation’s Council of Chiefs and Clan Mothers. Their support, together with our sponsors and community partners, helps provide athletic and recreational opportunities for people of all ages.
